Just got back from my vacation in Alaska... It was good, but Im glad to be home... I dont think Im gonna update anymore, I dont really have the will to do this livejournal stuff anymore... So yeah... later |

Its been a long time since an update, its hard though during the summer, Im so busy... I actually had a decent update the other day, but I accidentally X'd out of it and said the hell with it... But yeah so anyways, xc has been going ok, although I took the last 2 days of :( cause Im lazy... Oh well... So yeah, short recap of last week would go like this... The fourth of July was ok, we went to the pearl river fireworks but we didnt really watch them, we just kinda walked around and talked to people... nothing special... then most of last week was pretty borign I guess, I finished my room up.. It looks pretty good I think... Then on saturday, me fitz steve and tbombs went to terences house and went swimming which was cool... Then we decided to have a BBQ, which was ridiculous... We went out and bought like 50 dollars worth of food, got fitz's small portable grill since we couldnt figure out terences new girl out, and did it up... It was one of the best night of summer so far... Then yesterday I went out on my boat for most of the day which was fun, and last night I went to a movie with megan.. We saw spiderman 2 which was pretty good... Then after we went back to steves for a little while where some other people were... It was overall a fun night... SO yeah there we go, all updated... Im not sure what Im doing today other than running 5 miles or something im not sure how far yet... aight im done, ill try to update more often... |

This summer has been pretty good so far... Ive been running everyday pretty much.. starting to get into some decent shape... I gotta start consistently lifting and eating right though... A few nights ago I went to a yankees vs red sox game with fitz which was alotta fun.. they won 4- 2 by the way.. Then yesterday after our practice, I went to terences house to go swimming with Josh, but we didnt swim cause the yankee game was on and it was probably one of the best games Ive ever seen... They won that game too in 14 innings I think... Im actually going to another game on July 5, so itll be my third one in 8 days.. Thats alot, Ill probably end up at like 10 games or so this year...
but anyways after the game, Tara and Margaret came over and we hung out for like an hour or so... Tonight I ran for 30 minutes under 7 minutes a mile pace.. I felt really good, I need to start running at that pace regularly, rather than in the low 7's....... in a few weeks maybe..
For the last 3 days, my room has been empty... Ive been painting it.. The other day I did the ceiling in the same white it was.. Then yesterday I painted the walls like a navy blue.. Looks good to me, tomorrow I just gotta paint the little shit, like the corners and whatnot, with a brush... should be fun... Ok Im done.. |

So its been awhile, but my first week of summer has been good.... Ive done a bunch of stuff, but ive drank alot more than I usually would... That will probably die down in the next week or so... There have been a bunch of parties, but I dont feel like going into that cause im tired as shit.. But tonight I went to the yankee game with Tony and his fire department... It was so mucb fun, we got to the stadium at like 530, drank continuously until 730 during their tailgating party and watched the first half of the game shitfaced... it was a good experience... They won by the way 11- 5 over the mets... it was cool... Didnt get home till like 1:30, but now Im about to pass out, so im just gonan go... xc practice tomorrow at 7.. should be good... |

finally everything is done with.. I had my last test today.. spanish... it was easy... so now its summer time... this last weekend felt like summer every night i was up till like 3 in the morning... most of the nights it was talking to someone new :) ... tonight should be fun, me and some people are chillen on my baot and playing cards and drinking some brews... should be a good time... aight i gotta go shower and shit... |

Im so tired from this week... Yesterday and today I had to get up really early with tim to cut the peoples lawns we do... That was cool, we woulda finished it yesterday but it started raining so we had to stop and finish today made over 200 for about 6 hours of work over 2 days so not a bad deal..
So yesterday after lawns i went otu with downey to a sports doctor who looked at my shins.. he said i have a lotta scar tissue or something and massaged me which felt cool.. bottle line is that i cant really run for a few weeks so i gotta do other shit to keep up my endurance and whatnot and then go back to him so he can look at my form or something... i dunno, just hope i get better soon... we shall see..
Last night was ok, i went to terences and when i got there he informed me we were going to eslos... Yeah so that was good, buncha people were there, it was nothing big though... stayed there for awhile and left at like 12... then today did some more lawns with tim and went out and got a hair cut... then tonight me and tim rented eurotrip... that movie was one of the funniest movies ive ever seen... yea...
tomorrows my sisters graduation party... should be alright, but ill prob spend more time at tims sisters graduation party... we shall see... aight well im off to bed... gotta get early tomorrow to go pick out a color to paint my room... should be fun... |

I had 2 regents today, US History and Physics... History was easy... and Physics... well... yeah... on a good note, the people who do the regents already made the passing grade a 49, rather than a 65 like usual... so that gives an idea of how hard it was... And yeah I have nothing else this week and then the spanish regents on tuesday, which will be cake.. but anyways... my shins are starting to hurt again... today when i was running, i had to stop early cause of them.. This is so annoying, Im running on grass all the time and I have newer shoes so I really dont know what it can be... Its really fucking annoying.. If I get hurt for this XC season though, I swear Im never running again, I cant take this shit anymore.. w/e im gonna take a few days off.. keep icing and then ill see what happens... |

feel like shit all of today, last night was rough but def a good time haha and ashley took care of me, i dunno what i woulda done if she wasnt there, so thanks ya jerk lol :) ... when i woke up today i though i was gonna die.. ahh well i deserved it... I got home at like 11 and went right back to sleep, and didnt wake up till maybe 5... Felt a little better, so i decided that i had to run... I ran 5 miles in like 38 minutes, felt really shitty through the whole thing and puked twice... whatever im just glad i ran the whole thing... I got an english final tomorrow and i havent studied for it... ah well.. Im really tired I think im gonna go watch the nba finals now... |

So yeah, yesterday was the last day of classes :) School went by so fast this year, Im so stoked for the summer, its gonna be a good one... Last night was good... Me tim volpe steve pete and met up at terences house to decide which party we were gonna go to.. everyone but me and steve went to mcclarnons for a little, we went straight to ashleys friend, courtneys... it was alotta fun,her parents werent home... i didnt drink though since i had to drive, but shes having another party tonight and i think were all sleeping there... should be a good time... today i ran an easy 4 miles with terence... 31 minutes, felt really good.. xc is looking good at week 1 haha.. aight im gonna go get ready... |

im so tired tonight, i dont know why, but thats ok... today was a good day, really hot though... running was ok, but the heat really got to me, i got the chills towards the end, i cant imagine what its gonna be like once we start doing soem real mileage... today 2 funny things happened... first i was driving to school andi was behind this bus of black kids who maybe in the like 4th grade... and so im sitting behind them at a light... and a course theyre giving me the finger and other stupid shit that was funny as hell... but then the get a notebook out and wrote on it in green marker with sloppy 3rd grader handwriting, "FUCK YOU NIGGA!" hahaha i was loving it.. but anyways... the other thing i did today was drove my sisters nice semi new car to tims house witout asking her or my dad(its a stick).... no one was home when i left, but when i got back my dad was home early from work and wasnt happy... surprisingly it was only cause i didnt ask my sister, whose in ohio, and has never let me drive it alone before... ah well i hope he doesnt tell her... whatever.. yeah so now im gonna go to sleep... |
